Proceedings of International Scientific Conference “Computer Science and Information Technologies” CSIT -2009./Yerevan, RA, September28 — October2, 2009- p.447-449.

Problems of design of Expert System of Diagnosis (ESD) are considered. It is suggested to develop an expert dynamic system of diagnosis for the control of the state of different hardware-in-the-loop complex suites for which the model of one of the possible ways of design of the latter is given.

Linear Cryptanalysis of the SAFER Block Cipher Family

S. Abrahamyan, M. Kyureghyan

Proceedings of International Scientific Conference “Computer Science and Information Technologies” CSIT 2009./Yerevan, RA, September28 — October2, 2009- p.109-111.

This paper presents a linear cryptanalytic attack against the SAFER family of block ciphers. Linear cryptanalysis is a statistical well-known-plaintext attack that explores (approximate) linear relations between plaintext, ciphertext and subkey bits. These linear relations apply only to certain key classes. The results show that by considering non-homomorphic linear relations, more rounds of the SAFER block cipher family can be attacked. The new attacks pose no threat to any member of the SAFER family.

Complex qualifying of meshes of the UHF active phased array

M.V.Markosyan A.A.Hovhannisyan, V.G. Avetisyan

Proceedings of International Scientific Conference “Radiation and dispersion of electromagnetic waves” ИРЭМВ-2009./Taganrog – Divnomorskoye, Russia, 27th June — 1st July, 2009 – p.285-289.

Questions of complex qualifying of transmitter meshes (TM) of UHF of the active phased array, including testing of TM for functionality, testing of the polarization performances of waves radiated by meshes, qualifying of TM on conformity with demanded parameters for exclusion of defective TM from processes of mounting and assemblage of more integrated unit –module are considered. The designed technique of certification of assembled modules is given.
