Invention concerning to antenna technique and may be used for full testing of transmit-receive modules, which include in active phase array antenna AAPA of radiotechnical systems of different functions. Goal of invention — increasing of testing level of AAPA transmit-receive module. Device determines attenuation discrete and intervals inserted by controlled attenuators of each transmit — receive element of module, discrete and intervals of phase shifts inserted by the same phase -shifters, dispersions of complex transmitter element characteristics in signal receive and transmit modes, and polarization characteristics of waves radiated by module elements.

A designing of radio-measurement circuits, which are the parts of the antenna complex near-field automatic measurement systems of short millimeter waveband, are discussed. In the offered circuits the quadrature processing of a useful signal is used with account of an analysis of centimeter waveband similar radio-measurement circuits.

Apparatus Complex for Active Phased Array Module Testing

An active phased array (APA) module testing methodology and corresponding construction of apparatus complex for its realization are suggested. The complex permits to test module’s cells parameters, including testing of APA radiation elements polarization characteristics.
