VOLTAGE CONTROLLED OSCILLATORS (VCO)

Oscillators are used in radio devices with frequency tuning.
Have smooth frequency tuning  in a range.
The structure is sealed.


Six types of oscillators are produced:

The  VCO-S models contains internal synthesizer, by which the frequency with a step up to 5 kHz is set.
For synthesizer operation the external reference oscillator with frequency 1…20 MHz is  used.

CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR  OF  REFERENCE  FREQUENCY

The crystal oscillator is used in frequency forming units of radio devices.

The high stability of frequency is provided by thermostating.

Crystal oscillator of reference frequency differs from existing analogues at same electric parameters by dimensions and cost.

DELAY LINES

The delay lines are designed for signal delay during determined time without notable distortions and for further use of  delayed signal.
It has one input and output interdigital transducer (ITD) located on some distance from each other.

CORRELATION  PROCESSING  MODULE

The module is designed  for operation in communication systems using pseudonoise  signals, which  guarantees  high  reliability, noise-immunity,and secrecy of  the transmitted  information.
Correlation processing of radio signals carries out by SAW convolver in real time.
Correlation procession module includes electronic circuits which form the PSK reference signal and generate output signals in form of logical  «1»  or  «0» levels (depending on existence or absence of correlation).
Two modifications are produced CPD-01 and CPD-02.
The general parameters CPD-01, CPD-02 and AKH — 01, AKH — 02 is identical.

SAW  CONVOLVER

SAW convolver is the element of nonlinear interaction.
Convolver carries out correlation processing of spread spectrum signals with large duration in real time.
Simplicity and reliability of SAW convolver give the opportunity to its usage in radars.
